Internship Overview

Intern will be assigned by the superior where they will be handling in making calls to customer regarding deliveries, order clarifications, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Have any educational background related to the position.
  • Have great communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Independent/Able to do their job with minimal supervision.
  • Able to start immediately as in September, October 2022 and onwards

Requirements

  • Making calls to customers regarding deliveries, order clarifications, and more.
  • Relaying information, concerns, and requests from customers to the internal teams, mainly the Customer Service, Sales, and Finance-Operations team.
  • Maintaining administrative records and providing documentation internally and to the Customer Service, Sales, and Finance-Operations team.
